5. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected by automated and non-automated means through patient registration forms, appointment forms, website contact forms, telephone calls, e-mail correspondence and face-to-face meetings.

Your applications will be answered within 30 days at the latest, and the acceptance or rejection of the request will be notified to you with the reasons stated.
